I am thankful to my husband and house guests, who braved the wild Sardinian mountains to collect these beautiful Portobello mushrooms.

What are you making of those mushrooms, I wonder? Want to share with us the recipe?
We put them in the oven, covered with garlic and parsley. They were amazing!!
We baked them in the oven with garlic and parsley for 25 minutes. YumYum!

Fabulous shot! How did you get them to stand on their heads so perfectly?
